Crocker Web Design has developed TopForm as a total solution for receiving information from online forms. The present form scripts widely used have worked well but we have taken it to the next level. TopForm stores the form data on the server and sends out an email notification to inform you that more data has been collected.
 
TopForm can be used securely. The old form scripts could collect data in an HTTPS environment but typically the data was then sent in an unsecured email message. With TopForm the data can be collected securely and viewed securely.

We can reproduce your existing form online so it can display in any web browser. No special software is required. The client can fill out the form, submit it online, and then print it to retain a record. The contents of the submitted form are stored on the server. To receive the submitted forms you simply access the password protected TopForm Manager page -- this can be done on any Internet connected computer. Once in the Manager, newly submitted forms can be viewed, printed, archived and deleted as required.
